Thank you for choosing Ecodelicious Pulp LLP.
We manufacture and supply biodegradable and compostable sugarcane bagasse tableware for domestic and international customers. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, dispatch, freight and delivery are handled.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after:
- Product specifications have been confirmed
- Quantity and packaging requirements have been agreed
- Applicable payment requirements have been completed
- Custom branding requirements, where applicable, have been approved
- Required commercial terms have been agreed between Eco Delicious and the buyer
Processing and production time may vary depending on:
- Product
- Quantity
- Current inventory
- Manufacturing schedule
- Packaging requirements
- Private-label requirements
- Destination
- Shipping method
The applicable production and dispatch schedule will be communicated as part of your quotation or order confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping Within India
Domestic orders may be shipped using suitable courier, transport or freight partners depending on:
- Order size
- Weight
- Number of cartons
- Delivery location
- Type of product
- Commercial arrangement
Applicable shipping charges will be communicated during checkout, quotation or order confirmation.
Large commercial orders may require freight or transport arrangements separate from standard courier delivery.
3. International Shipping
Ecodelicious Pulp LLP supplies bagasse tableware to international markets and supports bulk export requirements.
International shipments may be arranged using:
- Full Container Load (FCL)
- Less than Container Load (LCL)
- Air freight where commercially appropriate
- Courier services for eligible samples or smaller consignments
Container options may include 20-foot and 40-foot containers depending on the size and quantity of the order.
4. Export Ports
International sea-freight orders may be dispatched from Indian ports including:
- Mundra
- Nhava Sheva
The final origin port may vary depending on the selected shipping route, carrier, freight availability and commercial agreement.
5. Incoterms
International orders may be supplied under mutually agreed Incoterms, including arrangements such as:
- FOB
- CIF
- CNF
The applicable Incoterm will be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice or commercial agreement.
Responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes and delivery depend on the agreed Incoterm.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on factors including:
- Destination
- Shipment size
- Weight and volume
- Number of cartons or pallets
- Container size
- Shipping method
- Freight carrier
- Fuel or freight surcharges
- Applicable Incoterm
- Customs and import requirements
Shipping costs will therefore normally be calculated separately and communicated before the order is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination, selected route and shipping method.
For international sea-freight orders, transit times may vary significantly by country and port.
For example, some of our current international routes generally involve approximately:
- USA: 20–35 days port-to-port
- Canada: 20–40 days port-to-port
These are indicative transit estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production time, customs processing, port congestion, carrier schedules, public holidays and local delivery arrangements may affect the total delivery period.
8. Samples
Product samples may be shipped through courier or another suitable delivery service.
Any applicable:
- Sample charges
- Shipping costs
- Import duties
- Customs fees
will be communicated before the sample request is confirmed.
Sample availability may vary by product and destination.
9. Tracking and Shipment Updates
Where tracking information is available, customers will be provided with the applicable:
- Courier tracking details
- Shipping documentation
- Container or freight information
- Shipment status updates
For export orders, relevant commercial and shipping documents may also be supplied according to the agreed terms.
10. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- GST
- Brokerage fees
- Port charges
- Inspection fees
- Other local government charges
Responsibility for these charges depends on the agreed shipping and Incoterm arrangement.
Customers are responsible for confirming applicable import regulations and requirements in their destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Customs Clearance
International customers should ensure that they can legally import the ordered products into their destination country.
Eco Delicious may provide available commercial documentation and product-related documents required for the shipment.
However, customs clearance decisions ultimately remain subject to the relevant government and customs authorities.
12. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Delivery address
- Company details
- Contact information
- Postal or ZIP code
- Importer information where required
Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be charged to the customer.
13. Delivery Delays
We work with logistics partners to support reliable delivery, but some circumstances are outside our direct control.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Port congestion
- Customs inspections
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Vessel schedule changes
- Public holidays
- Labour disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Other events beyond reasonable control
Where practical, we will provide available shipment updates.
14. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect the shipment at the time of delivery whenever possible.
If cartons or products arrive visibly damaged:
- Record the damage before accepting or unpacking the shipment where possible.
- Take clear photographs or videos of the outer packaging and affected products.
- Retain the packaging and shipping labels.
- Contact Eco Delicious promptly with the order or invoice information.
Claims involving freight damage may also require documentation requested by the carrier or insurance provider.
15. Split Shipments
Large, mixed-SKU or customised orders may occasionally be dispatched in multiple shipments where necessary.
Where a split shipment is required, applicable details will be communicated with the buyer.
16. Address Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the courier, freight forwarder or shipping company, changing the delivery address may not always be possible.
Any additional carrier charges resulting from an approved address change may be payable by the customer.
